Spread the tortillas with tuna dressing and garnish them with finely chopped Chinese cabbage (you can also use iceberg lettuce), cubes of tomato, slices of olive and red onion rings, roll and arrange on a plate.
• Luxury wrap: mix some ginger, chili & soy sauce, strain this mixture using a sieve and add the tuna dressing.
• “Surf and turf” version: add grilled fillet of rabbit to the tuna wrap
