Pita salad

What you need
  • Andalouse sauce
  • Cooked pita meat
  • Carrot, onion, white cabbage, parsley

Finely chop the pita meat, grate the carrots and cabbage (which you can also blanche), finely slice the onion, mix with the andalouse sauce and garnish with the parsley.


You can also replace the pita meat with cooked pork or chicken.
