What you need
  • Cooked ham, grated cheese
  • Nutmeg
  • Béchamel sauce

Cook the pasta in salted water until tender, rinse thoroughly with cold water and drain. Season the Béchamel sauce with nutmeg and add the diced ham and cheese, if desired. Mix the sauce with the pasta, put it in an ovenproof dish and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake in the oven until the cheese melts.
