Dijonnaise braised ham

What you need
  • Braised ham
  • Dijonnaise sauce (hollandaise sauce + mustard seeds + cream)
  • Mustard seeds, herbs

Cut the ham into 1 cm slices, before putting it in a dish/plate and coating it with sauce. Garnish with herbs and mustard seeds (which can be crushed or left whole). The ham can also be basted with honey, for a sweeter flavour, or cooked whole on the barbecue.
